In this personal‑development video, career and business mindset coach Natalie Fisher explains why perseverance is essential for achieving any goal and outlines two practical tools to cultivate it. She first introduces “massive action” – the habit of trying many different solutions rather than giving up when the first attempt fails – and illustrates it with a story about training an employee to post jobs on a website and with the example of striving for a $100,000 annual salary. She emphasizes that “it’s not working” should never be an option; instead, one must generate multiple alternative actions and keep digging toward the goal. The second tool is staying inspired, which she recommends achieving by consuming motivating content, hiring a coach, and investing time or money in oneself to create “skin in the game.” Throughout, she stresses that perseverance is a skill that can be learned, that frustration is normal, and that consistent effort eventually yields results. The video concludes with a call to action: viewers are invited to subscribe, like, and join a free workshop titled “How to Get Any Result You Want,” where she will teach her two core components of success and offer coaching services for career transitions, promotions, or building an online business.

Hello! In this video, I'm going to talk about how perseverance has allowed me to build my business and how this is just the beginning. So if you want to learn how to have perseverance to achieve your goals, stay tuned. This video is for you. So the first thing, massive action is the biggest key to perseverance. So here are the 2 extreme examples of perseverance in action. I can always tell an employee who is going to have perseverance when I train somebody and I ask them to do something. I say, can you please post these jobs on our website? Of course, they don't know how to do this yet. They come back to me and they say, okay, I tried, I tried to do this. I logged in, I got to a certain point, but it isn't working. So I can tell at that point they only really tried one thing. They logged in and then they tried something, they got an error, something happened, and they very quickly gave up and said, I don't know what to do. What do I do now? The way that I go back to them is I say, okay, what are 3 other things that you could do? It's not working is not an option for me. I don't know what's not working, right? But I would say, have you asked a web developer? Have you called the WordPress customer service? Have you tried again in a few minutes? Have you tried in a different browser? Have you restarted your computer? Have you double-checked all your credentials? I don't know what the problem is, but there are 1,000 things that have not been tried yet, right? And it's not working is not an option. And that's the key to perseverance. So if I just gave them all the answers, they would miss the lesson. Plus, I would also be training them to keep coming back to me and getting answers from me when really they need to learn to find the answers themselves. So they need to ask themselves the right questions. And that's where perseverance is. It's yes, maybe at first it's frustrating because they don't understand, you know, something doesn't work the first time or the second time. But I guarantee there's 1,000 other things that haven't been tried, and it's their job to learn to figure those things out until they get to the result. The second one. So say you want to make $100,000 a year salary. That's a big lofty goal, but the same principles apply for this as they do for the admin assistant trying to post a job on the site. So be onto yourself. Your brain's going to say, you know, this is too hard. This is not working. Let's go ask somebody. But that's a trick. In business, maybe making $100,000 turns out to be harder than you thought. Maybe getting to a $100,000 salary is harder than you thought. Saying, well, That's not working translates into, I haven't gotten my results yet. So I think I need to start either changing my path or doing something else. No, that's when you really need to double down on your perseverance. That's when you really need to keep going because the problem is you end up with a whole bunch of half-dug holes and no hole dug all the way to your goal. And this is what happens to a lot of people. So say if your goal is to make $100,000 in a year, And you try something and it doesn't work, that's a big goal. You're probably gonna have to try a lot of things, and you're gonna have to be aware of the fact that it is gonna be challenging and that your brain's gonna wanna pull you away from it. It's gonna want you to give up. It's gonna wanna distract you, but it's all because it's getting hard and digging that hole is getting harder and you're getting more tired. But it doesn't mean you're not gonna be able to do it. It just means you haven't been doing it long enough yet. You haven't been trying it long enough yet. The second key To perseverance, staying in inspiration, staying inspired. So you can do this by watching videos like this. You can do it by getting a coach, a one-on-one coach who can help you. And more importantly, you can get it by you know investing in yourself, whether that be time or whether that be money. You need to invest in yourself in order for you to have skin in the game to keep you honest. What a coach does or what a program does or what um You know, if you sign up for something that's, you know, gonna keep you committed, then you have skin in the game and you wanna keep yourself honest and on track because you put money out there now. Like you put money on the line. You are gonna make sure that you follow through with that now, right? Whereas if you don't, you know, you're just giving up on yourself and that sucks, but it's not as hard as say losing money because you didn't follow through. So you wanna sign up for something, you wanna invest in yourself, you want to take a big step. Especially with these big goals.
