Yep, that's right. And then you call her, and then you negotiate everything live on a stream. Yeah. And then I was in that too, in that live too. You were? Yeah. I listened to everything. And then you definitely will get your first deal. By me. That's right, bro. You got— did you get the money sent? I sent it to you. Did you get it? Uh, yes, I am. How does that feel, bro? Uh, it feels wonderful. Yeah, so, so that's, uh, at that time I know I, I can wholesale again and again. You just did your first deal for $40,000, right? Yeah, man. Yep. Does it, does it feel real? Jacqueline, I'm curious, be honest. Do you feel like this scenario, would you have been able to do it without a little bit of guidance? Or do you think you could have figured it out yourself? No, I think the deal would have fallen flat. I think I would have absolutely given up because like I said, I didn't know. With all the crazy things that happened, I just got my wire for $7,600, and you just picked up your check yesterday. How much was it? $11,400. And that's a good feeling, right? Yeah, it was a wonderful feeling. I was jumping around. I was like, wow, can't believe it. You know, I can't believe it. It just came at the right time. Oh, Joe, is that your first deal we did together that we closed on. Yep. Everything you did for me was huge. And having that relationship, we talked about leverage. I mean, the whole reason that even happened is because from day one, I got that mentorship with you and just had so much access to you and help and guidance.
