I grew up wanting to be a teacher, like I said, but didn't meet my financial goals. So I went into real estate, and then from real estate, now that I know how to do it, I love teaching it. I've been able to combine both my passions. And again, my goal is to make wholesaling simple by making all the hard things or the confusing things for people when they get into this business. We're going to make it easy to understand. Okay. And the best part about it, as I teach, people make money, right? Or they see success. And these aren't just people I've worked with as clients. These are people I've just helped and gave advice to, or they watch my videos. It's awesome to do this. And not only that, but I've done a lot of deals with people as well, so you can make money by just giving people more information. It's great. So if you guys are all wondering like, why the heck are you doing this? I love teaching. I like— I love helping people succeed, and it's fun for me.
