Real estate investors, I want to share a win with you, but I also want to share something that has helped me to stay positive at all times. What this is called, it's called the gap and the gain. You want to measure your success in life not by the gap that you have between you and your goals, but by the gain of where you've come from and where you are today. So for example, if your goal is to become a multimillionaire and you're not yet, you don't want to sit there and be like, oh, I'm not a multimillionaire, I'm not to my goal. You're, you're looking at the gap. What you need to be looking at is, wow, look where I came from. I had no money when I first started. I didn't even have a job, or I had no skills, but look where I am today. And I want to share something with you that I think is awesome, that has helped me feel really pumped and like I'm winning from measuring for my gain, not for my gap. So a couple years ago, I joined Jerry Norton's program. I first started as a brand new investor. I joined his mentorship, and as a noob, I was like, I didn't know what I was doing. Now fast forward 2 or 3 years later, and literally I'm talking to Jerry right now, and he just hit me up and he said, yo, Nate, I just put a video video of us chatting on my YouTube channel. Now look, that is amazing. Now if I'm measuring the gain that I made from being a new investor to where I am right now, joining Jerry's program to where I am now, I'm, I'm on Jerry's YouTube channel. Jerry's my man, he's awesome, and I work with him. I actually help him on a couple of his coaching calls. But that's, that's how you measure your success. So I'm not here to brag or say, hey, I'm the, the great, like, I'm super, super successful. I'm just here to let you know that if you're struggling to find like the positive. You need to look not at where— what you lack, at that gap, but you need to look at that gain and say, okay, look where I've come from. And just to show you above, this happened to me today. I didn't know he was doing this, but that makes me really happy. I get really pumped. So I want everyone to know, look at where you've come from and where you are today, not where— what you lack. Look at what you've already gained. It will help you tremendously to stay happy, stay positive, and know you're going in the right direction. Hit me up, comment in the section below, comment if you're interested in learning more about I do and about wholesaling and real estate. I'd love to work with you.
