Nathan Payne tours a house he's flipping and finds a closet full of old coats and clothes left behind. His wife wants to donate them, but he sees free furnishings he can keep. He uses the find to show one unexpected benefit of house flipping.
Check out the incredible treasures we stumbled upon in this house we're flipping. Oh, that's what's up with the brown patch. See if my wife lets me keep what I found. So let me tell you one of the benefits to flipping houses. People leave their stuff behind and you got a cool wardrobe. Now here's the twist, my wife didn't share the excitement I had for these old coats. Now that screams old man, huh? Oh yes. And then you can kind of show off. And strongly insisted that we donate them to the thrift store. Follow me for more stuff I pick up at houses that I'm flipping.
