We went to go see his house, and I'll still remember when he opened the door, he looked sad. He wasn't looking like he was too happy, but it was middle of the day. He looked like he hadn't slept in a while. He's like, come on in. And we go inside his house, and he ends up explaining to us that he lost his job a little bit ago, and he tried to sell his house on the MLS but didn't have any luck. That's why he was on the expired listings list, is because he sold, didn't get the offers he wanted. So he was like, whatever, I'm just going to let the bank take it.
