Real estate wholesaler explains why every deal must benefit the seller, not just you. He believes karma punishes bad offers and rewards treating people fairly. Win-win deals are the only ones worth doing.
You got to look for the win-win scenario in all things. If it does not benefit the seller, don't do it, because karma exists. I believe if you do right unto others, it's going to come right back. When you give, you do receive. So if you're giving out crap, if you're giving out bad stuff, you're going to get bad stuff back. That's just how it is.
