Hey, look, I know you want to sell. Can you tell me a little bit about why? The house looks great. You try to find that motivation, try to find that information, have them say, well, you know, it was a rental and I just don't want to deal with it anymore. They're not immediately going to say, oh, I hate being a landlord. It's the worst thing in the world. You find that out as you dive in deeper. Oh, how has it been having a rental in that area? Has it been good? Has it been bad? And a lot of people, they're going to— again, they're going to hold their hand close. Like when you're playing poker, they're not going to show you their cards.
