Robert Leonard: And so your end buyer, you're typically wholesaling to hedge funds? Nathan Payne: No, not so much hedge funds. There are some hedge funds that are buying right now and they're not being super aggressive with their offers, but they're buying. But it's mainly people that I've networked with in my market that I know their criteria really well. I can give them a call, they'll answer me. I'll text them, they give me an offer.
