In this YouTube short, Nathan Payne confronts a person who is driving around a neighborhood writing down addresses—a common "driving for dollars" wholesaling tactic. Speaker A accuses Nathan of spying, while Nathan reacts with surprise and then criticizes the behavior as sketchy, questioning why the individual is collecting addresses. He warns viewers that this approach is problematic and hints at a more legitimate, "painless wholesaling" alternative, positioning himself as a guide away from dubious practices.
What's going on?
What's all this racket about? Oh no, I better get out of here.
Hey, come back here. I saw you driving around my neighborhood. You wrote down my address. Why are you writing down my address and a bunch of addresses in my neighborhood? That's sketch, man. What are you doing? Uh, come here.
Oh, what the heck was that about? The guy was saying that he was driving around his neighborhood and was writing down addresses. That sounds kind of sketch. Yeah, apparently he watched a YouTube video saying that it was a good idea to go out, write down people's addresses, stop in front of them, so So the guy did it, wrote down that guy's address, and he was pissed. He was like, "Why are you in front of my house?" So why was he writing down addresses in the neighborhood? Trying to get into wholesaling. Someone told him it was a good idea to just drive for dollars all day and all night, you're going to get deals like that. But he doesn't know about the painless wholesaling method. I don't have to get deals like that. You shouldn't either. Tag a friend that is driving for dollars all day, all night in that hot summer car. There's a better way to do it. Don't be like that wholesaler that's about to get in a fight because he's writing down people's addresses. Do it a better way. Do it the painless way.
