A wholesaler charges $35 for skip-tracing that doesn't work, then blames the customer for using it wrong. The staff member apologizes but warns against yelling while the customer gets nowhere.
What the heck's going on? What's she yelling about?
I spent $35 for something I can't use that your salesman sold me.
Beep.
Well, I can't give back.
Ma'am, I'm really sorry that the skip tracing didn't work, but you can't come in here yelling. It's not our fault you did it wrong.
I wonder what she bought that she's so mad about spending $35. I'll tell you what she's mad about, man. She listened to some guru about wholesaling and how all she had to do to get a deal was skip trace a list. So she did that. She spent $35 and she got all wrong numbers. And what happened was she skip traced the wrong list, but the guy didn't tell her that she had to do it a certain way. So she just wasted $35 of money. She's pissed. Oh dang, I wish she would have just done it the painless way like you showed me. Yup, don't be like that lady. Do it the painless way.
