You don't want to fight the boss. You don't want to flip that property when you haven't even beat up a couple of the smaller deals. You haven't even made $10K, $15K on a wholesale deal. You don't want to go up and face Johnny Cage when you're not ready. I'm not ready to fight Goro. I'm not ready to fight Johnny Cage. Who's some other people you guys might know that I wouldn't want to fight? I don't know, maybe like the Hulk. Again, I don't know who's watching this, but you don't want to fight the final boss until you have leveled up. That is what I'm trying to tell you guys is wholesaling has its place, fix and flip has its place, but in the right sequence once you've leveled up. Don't get in there too soon or you could get rocked.

Why Traditional Wholesaling Keeps Failing You (Use This Pre-Flip Method Instead)
