I'm going to do a walkthrough of a property that I'm going to make an offer on, or if I'm going to meet a seller that I need to make an offer to, I usually drive for dollars before, if I get there early, or after in the area that I'm at. You can see this house has, house has tall grass, broken windows, old windows. It's very distressed. That's what they call distressed properties when they look like this. So what I would do is I would go to my app right here. It tells you exactly the location where you're at. Then all you got to do is click on the property that you want to mark and bada bing, bada boom, you save it, you're good. Then once you have your Driving for Dollars list, you're going to skip trace it and you're going to call it, you're going to text it. And if you're going to mail it, which I don't recommend mailing, but you can mail if you want, you could just mail the list from all the addresses that you have. Even if they don't look home, I'd like to knock the door and put a sticky note on the door saying, hey, give me a call, I'm interested in buying the property.
