Nathan Payne and Corey posted on Facebook looking for real-estate contacts. A broker named Justin responded and met with them, mentioning he'd just dreamed about wholesaling in Missouri, where Corey's family was from. They decided to start a wholesaling business together.
So we made a Facebook post. We're like, hey, who do we know that's in the real estate industry that we can go network with? So we, uh, my— I made a post and my friend Corey made a post, and we had an agent that was like, hey, my broker is interested in wholesaling, you should come in and meet him. So we go in there and we go sit down with this broker. This guy's name is Justin, and he's like, guys, I just had a dream that I'm going to get into wholesaling in Missouri. And we're like, whoa, for real? You had a dream about that? Cory is from Missouri. His dad's from Missouri. Maybe this is meant to be. He's like, all right guys, so this is what we're going to do for you.
