How do you handle a tough situation when you're talking to a home seller? Let me explain and let me give you an example of how you can do it. I had a seller that at one time was getting really short with me. They were being very kind of rude and I didn't understand why, so I just said, I just put it out there. I didn't beat around the bush, I just said, hey, look, I kind of feel like maybe I might have said something that might have offended you. Did I say something or do something that maybe rubbed you the wrong way? And if I did, I'm sorry. Is there anything? And I brought that out into the light and then she was like, no, no, honestly, I'm just not having a great day. And you called me at a bad time. It actually alleviated the pressure and we had a good conversation after that. So what I'm here to tell you guys is if you're having a situation, a tough call with a seller or an agent, just call them out. Just be like, hey, I'm sorry if I did something to offend you or if I did something to rub you the wrong way. Is there something I did? And if so, let me know, please. If you bring that out into the light, like I said, if you bring that out and talk about it openly, honestly, they're gonna know, hey, this guy actually cares, and the conversation will be a lot different.
