Here's how to keep a gratitude journal and why you should. First things first is you got to get a journal. Super easy to find them. You can buy them, or I just get a ton of them when I go to meetups. People are always giving away journals. They're giving away stuff that you can write in. So just grab one. The first page, write what date you started at, your name. Also put gratitude journal. I also keep a record of my wins and my gains on top of gratitude every day. So I just write in every day, and this is the format that I use. On the left-hand side, I write what I'm grateful for. It's usually just bullet points. I then write my gains and wins. Theater of the mind is what you can call it too. It's just where you reflect on wins that you had that day. I do a summary of what I did in the day. Then at the very bottom, I write what I'm grateful that will happen. It takes about 10 minutes. Totally worth it. And this is why you should do it. It's a proven fact that people that express gratitude, they're happier. If you want happiness, if you want to be grateful every day you wake up, keep a gratitude journal.
