A lot of the time what I do is I tell a seller like, hey, look, this is where my price would be, but I know that there's a lot of buyers that can pay more than me. If we can sign an option to purchase agreement, which allows me to just reach out to my network legally and say, hey, this is a property, what would everyone pay for it? And then I take those offers and then I present them to you. And then if you like any of them, you can accept them, then we can proceed. But that's what I do a lot of the time when my cash offer isn't accepted. For sure, we consider it. Okay.
