Wanted to reminisce about this big deal that I had and explain to you how I got it from a wholesale deal. And if you do not know what the term wholesale means, all it means is you get a property, you close on it, carpet, paint, you make it look nice, and you throw it back on the MLS. So that's exactly what we did with— I even made a post about and explained how I got it done. So the thing is, everybody, these deals look big, but that's what happens if you stay in the game. You're going to do small deals, small deal, little deal, sometimes medium deal, then you'll do a big deal. And that's just how it happens. And you're probably like, whoa, how did you make so much money off of that? Well, look, this was actually given to us by an investor. An investor had this property and he didn't want to put in the work. So what we did is we put in the work, we did a little light rehab, and we understood the market a little bit better and actually kind of got lucky too. And that's what happens. Sometimes somebody will see the house and they're like, wow, I really like this, and they're willing to overpay. So just reminiscing on the times. But whole tail— wholesaling is good. Do that if you haven't tried it.
