I look at her and I say, what price did you want again? And she's like, we were hoping for $180K. And I'm sweating bullets. I'm like, oh my gosh, like, I don't know what to say. Do we just give her $180K? I was tripping. And Corey, at the time, my business partner, he had been in real estate longer than I had. And I didn't really like— I wasn't the negotiating expert. I didn't know to come in at $180K, to go in lower. I was nervous. Okay, guys, just give me a break. I was nervous. So I look at Corey right next to me, got a little bit more experience.
