Nathan Payne and his girlfriend Rue were nearly hit by a car while scouting distressed properties on foot. The vehicle lost control, crashed into a mailbox, and was towed. Nathan reminds real-estate investors and anyone walking outside to stay alert, as accidents happen unexpectedly.
So me and my girl Rue are going out for a walk looking for distressed properties, and we almost get blasted by this car back here. That's, as you guys can see, the car is pretty much just on top of that mailbox. Oh my gosh, we're just walking along having a good time, and all of a sudden I heard skrrt, and this car just blasts this mailbox. I think it's a brick mailbox, and I look, lady's fine. She, someone else gets out and helps her. I'm there, but you know, there's not much I can do. She just was I don't know what happened, but now she's getting towed. So all I gotta say is, while you're walking for dollars, while you're driving for dollars, be careful. Even on the sidewalk when you're walking with your dog, you're not even safe. You gotta be careful and be a defensive driver, be a defensive walker. Alright, so everyone be careful or this can happen to you. And you know, pray for this lady, hope she's okay. I think she's fine, she's walking around.
