This is an axe. My first rental I bought in 2018, squatter broke in with an axe and I caught him when he was gone, luckily, so he didn't axe me. I caught him, he was gone, so I caught him like all his stuff at home, took all his crap out of my, my house, and I shut the door and I left a note that said, hey, don't ever come back, please. This is not your house. Don't come in my house. Don't squat. And, you know, I called the police. I didn't really know what squatting was at that time. But anyway, he left his axe. I was like, I'm gonna keep his axe because I I think it's a cool trophy. Don't squat on me. I got an axe out of it. I've used it a little bit. It's a little dull. Anyway, it's just a souvenir, all right, of a squatter that came in, axed my house, and I kept it.
