Is wholesaling legal or is it a sneaky way to be a real estate agent without being licensed? That's an excellent question. First off, wholesaling is legal. Now there are a lot of states that are trying to crack down and make sure that you have a license so you can sign a contract, but you can do it. It's legal. There will always be ways that you can get around selling a house without a license. They're just trying to regulate you so they can make money. That's what they're— that's what I think. Is it a sneaky way to get around doing real estate without having a license? I don't think so. My goal isn't to be a real estate agent and list people's houses and walk people through and show them all these properties. All I'm doing is I'm looking for opportunities for cash buyers where they can buy a property and they can rehab it. Real estate agents do a lot of different things and they work with a lot of retail buyers. We're not really looking for retail buyers, we're looking for flippers that have cash that want to deploy their money. And we do a lot of service because a lot of people don't want to list their houses. They don't want people walking through, they don't want to show everyone their property. So we have a— we do a really good service for the community.
