Dude, and you got a great competitive advantage because you're like zoned in, locked in on an area and you know that and you're getting to know extremely well. Downfall of a lot of wholesalers, including like one of what we do is we do nationwide, right? So we target multiple areas hoping, you know, we can get leads for a cheaper cost, which is true. If you target another area, it gets a little bit more expensive. But with pay-per-click, we target different states. So if we get something like, for example, in East Cobb, and if I didn't know the area like you do, and I know we wouldn't know, like we would think a seller, if you just look at Zillow, you'd be like, oh man, they're completely crazy. Right. So I think there's a lot to learn from your experience in this podcast that being, um, really niche or knowing, like knowing an area, specific area really well is, is powerful. Super powerful.
