In this segment, the presenter reflects on a mistake made while mentoring aspiring wholesalers. He had been providing extensive education—courses, calls, and comprehensive information—believing that supplying everything would guarantee success. However, this approach overwhelmed his mentees, as they were asked to absorb the entire wholesaling process from start to finish (A‑to‑Z), leading to information overload and reduced effectiveness.

I actually created a major problem that I faced myself as I was going through mentorships. I was providing people with education, courses, calls, giving them so much information that I knew they couldn't fail because I was giving them everything they needed. But the problem was they were too overwhelmed. They were taking on way too much information. I was trying to teach them how to do the whole process of wholesaling from A to Z.
