Try this door knocking pitch next time you go knocking. Hello. Hey, um, I'm— my name is Nathan and we're just going through the neighborhood. I'm a real estate investor. We're asking if you by chance know anyone that's selling. We're looking for properties to buy. No. Are you by chance selling the house, this house, or— okay, well, you got to take your shot, right? That's what we're going for. Okay, well, if you hear of anybody, um, I guess I, uh, I'd leave you my number, but Don't even worry about it. I didn't have any business cards on me at the moment. I think, um, if you wanted to be super efficient at this, you could have like a card or like something you could give people, you know what I'm saying? I think that would be more helpful. And then like, hey, let me real quick, let me give you my number. And they're like, nah, get the bump out of here.
