Yeah. So I would just be like, hey, look, I'm just trying to wholesale some of my deals and I'd love for you to get some business and me to be able to wholesale. And I would be open and honest and just being transparent. Look, 100%, I got some deals and I need to move them. Who do you know that's still buying that I can send some deals to? These are good deals. It's just I can't right now. I don't have the relationships with the buyers that are still buying the market.
