Nathan Payne breaks down Provo-Orem's rental market as it expands toward Springville. New apartments with pools rent for $1,450-$1,500 a month, but basic units in the same area can still fill at $1,200, offering renters a $250-$300 monthly savings.
So one thing that's interesting about this place, so Provo, if you know Utah, Provo and that area, Orem, it's growing, right? So it's expanding towards Springville and there's tons of brand new apartment complexes that are going up around there that are lifting the rates, right? So it's like $1,450, $1,500 for those newer areas, so those newer complexes. So I think this will easily get $1,200. I mean, it's not going to have the amenities that those would, like the pools and stuff, but I think people will gravitate to there if they want to save money. You got anything? Yeah.
