Real estate wholesalers shouldn't wait for motivated sellers to appear. Instead, ask direct questions that force sellers to state their urgency, like "Is your house on fire?" or "Are pets destroying it?" Then make an offer. Create motivation through conversation, not luck.
Every call you got to tell everybody, hey, I'm really motivated, I got to sell really quick, my house is on fire, or like the dogs are peeing everywhere, cat poop everywhere. Like, they don't want to say, say all that, right? They don't want to say like give everybody, everybody that's called them all the information. They just want to say, give me your dang offer, I just want to sell it. And then if you can pull that out of them, that's how you win, okay? So don't find motivated sellers, pull it out, right? It's not you're just searching for them and, oh hey, I'm motivated, they're raising their hand, I'm motivated, come Work with me. No, you, you make the deals happen.
