Everybody, I want you all by your computers. I want you all ready to set up these systems because this is what I'm going to be using throughout this challenge.
Follow along.
All right. All right. So I'm going to act like a brand new investor, a brand new noob. So I need to get a new Gmail. I already have a Gmail for Investify. I already have one for my coaching business. Sorry, my, my wholesaling business, my coaching business, my personal. But to show you guys all how to do this, I'm gonna start a brand new Gmail account. Okay, why do you need a brand new Gmail account? Well, if I'm gonna be networking and sending my email to new investors, if I'm gonna be asking people to send me their deals, I want to keep it separate. And for this challenge specifically, I'm trying to keep it completely separate. Okay, so it's time to set up the, the Gmail account. All right, and why do you need a Gmail account? Well, I'm gonna show you. There's a lot of things that come with a new email. They give— Gmail gives you— they give you a Drive, they give you forms, they give you a bunch of free stuff. Okay, that's gonna be integral. It's gonna be really important to doing this. All right, so let's add sign in, continue without an account.
I don't actually— let's make this orange. Done.
We'll call this the challenge.
Challenge. We'll just call it challenge.
All right, so I created a new, a new tab, I guess. Now we're gonna go to Gmail and create a Gmail account. And this is all— this might be easy, but I'm just show you for people that don't know how to do this. Okay, for my personal use, uh, I've never made one for work or business.
Let's see what, what it says. Create, uh, hope this—
hopefully this doesn't have any limitations, but we'll see. All right, so I'm on the spot. I gotta think of an email. Nathan Payne. What's a good email? Nathan Payne Buyer.
No, that's stupid.
Man, I can't believe I'm taking any time to think about a cool email. Nathan Payne, uh, Investing.
There we go.
That's a good one. That's a good one. I like that a lot. All right, so, uh, I don't want to tell you guys my password because then you're going to log into my email and steal all my deals, right?
Let's see.
Don't call me. Actually, I ain't giving you guys my number. You guys gonna be lighting me up. Let me, uh, let me do my Google Voice number. No, actually the number I'm gonna do is, so I have a CRM that I just started. Let's get my CRM number.
Choo choo choo, let's go. Phone numbers, this is my phone number, 801.
This should work unless it doesn't want to work.
Let's see.
Okay, recovery email, bump that.
Why not? Let's do that. All right, we got my birthday. Gender, male, 100%.
Uh, okay, we're gonna send that, see the code. So we'll get to CRMs, by the way, don't worry about it. But, uh, this is the CRM I use. It should come through. Let's see, sometimes Google has problems with sending text to like online numbers versus like a, like a cell phone. Do we even need that?
Let's see, verify 801-383-0468. Come on, come on.
Oh, here it is. Maybe.
Oh, let's see. On red. Come on.
It's probably just gonna take some time. I ain't got time. I ain't got time though. We're on this challenge and we ain't got time for a dang little phone number. So I'm gonna go over here and put my phone number in.
Let's see. 304-4202. All right.
Let's see if it gives me the code now. Come on, give— oh, here we go. Yeah, some— for some reason, online numbers don't— I think Google trips when you use a number that's, uh, online. Get more from your number.
Receive— yeah, if you'd like, you can add your phone number to account to use across Google services. Okay, yes, I'm in. Blah blah blah.
All right, let's go back here to share my screen. Okay, it gives you terms and services, blah, blah, blah. Sure. Okay. All right. Business. Oh gosh, I think I should have set it up under personal use because I think when you do business, I think it wants you to pay for ventures. But we'll see. We'll see. Because I'm trying to do this for free.
Oh gosh, no.
It wants me to— wants me to pay.
Oh gosh, no.
Oh gosh, sorry guys. I just wasted everybody's time. Oh wait, no, I didn't. Oh, we're good. Ooh. I was like, dang, they got it. They want me to pay to use this stuff. All right. So this is the email that you will be using, or I will be using throughout this challenge to get buyers, to get on wholesalers' buyers lists, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay. So if you do not have an email, there it is.
