A wholesaler describes confronting a squatter who refused to leave even when police arrived. He stayed calm through the chaos, crediting past tough experiences, and offers it as a lesson in resilience for others in the trade.
I'm like unshakable. Like, we've had to go— we'll tell you guys about this other experience, but we had to go kick a squatter out and the police showed up and the squatter wasn't like willing to leave the house. He was standing in the doorway and it was crazy. People were like yelling and like I wasn't nervous one bit because of things that I've been through.
