Nathan Payne got a 7 AM call about a property heading to foreclosure auction. He had Carl contact the county commissioner and the attorney on file. The attorney reviewed the purchase contract and halted the auction the same day.
He calls me at 7:00 AM yesterday and said, Carl, get ahold of the attorney. Um, and do a little bit of research because you might have to call some, some people at the county to kind of get his information. It's different, right? Everywhere. But he basically called everybody. He's just like, okay, let me call the county. Let me call the commissioner's office. Let me call the attorney, the attorney that I have on file that he had. He called them. He talked to the commissioner. The commissioner was like, I can't do anything. You have to talk to the attorney. So he got the attorney's information, called the attorney, said, hey, I have an executed contract to buy this property. I need you to stop the foreclosure, the auction. And, um, the attorney said, let me look at the paperwork. He sent it over. Attorney called him back and said, okay, we stopped it.
