I'm talking to a guy that has a property that's been going through probate for 3 years. He's ready to get rid of it. I talked to him today. He's like, hey man, if I can just get rid of this thing, I don't even care what I get. I just need to get it done. And I'm helping him through the process. It's been a long time, but like there's motivation there. So this is what I suggest for people that want quality leads. Again, quality over quantity. You got to target and go after the people that are on the pre-foreclosure, probate, divorce list. And instead of pulling that giant list of 10,000 people, you want to go for that list of 200 people. Maybe it's like 20 new people a month. Depending on your county or where you get it. And you want to get a hold of every single one person on that list because the thing is you get to call less. You don't have to call as much as you're blasting through a giant list. You have a smaller list, you have to just really hone in and reach out to those people. You need to be able to call them, text them, mail them, knock their door if they don't answer. And you're going ahead far beyond doing more than what other companies are doing where they're just getting a bunch of VAs just to blast people and call. And if they don't get a hold of people, they're like, whatever.
