You know, are they worried about moving? Are they worried about, you know, what to do with a bunch of stuff? You know, anything at all like that, anything that, you know, could potentially be of value to them. Right. And you want to kind of give a few examples to get the agent thinking like, oh, okay, well, there is this or there is that. Right. And you want to try to pull out what are things other than just price are important to the seller. And so on this deal, this was a deal to where there was a lot of competition. Because they need to get it under contract and then blast it out to their buyers list and hopefully try to fulfill on the promises that they made to the seller. The thing is, this is a seller that was about to lose his home to foreclosure.
