This is a YouTube live video titled "The Important of having a period of solitude daily (Seek The KIngdom Of God 1st)" (posted 2025-10-26). It features Nathan Payne speaking solo in an instructional/testimonial talk about establishing a daily period of solitude (his "power hour"/magic 3 hours, typically 5–8 AM) to seek God's kingdom, cultivate inner peace, and increase productivity. He outlines a detailed morning routine—prayer, scripture study, a 10–15 minute gratitude journal (three gratitudes, three wins, three future gratitudes), planning, and tracking "governing values"—and references resources such as The 5 AM Club, 10 Natural Laws of Successful Time and Life Management, and his Self-Reliance Planner (available on Kindle Unlimited and with a free course). The video is faith-centered, practical (includes habit tips, journaling formats, family/parenting notes, and course/planner promotion), and intended to teach viewers how to build intentional mornings. What's going on, everybody? Want to share a quick message today with the world. So let me— all right, just making sure I'm live. Fix my sweater. All right, today, guys, what I want to talk about is the importance of practicing and having a period of solitude every day, where before the world wakes up, before everything is going and the world is constantly trying to get your attention, the importance of getting that period of time by yourself and to spend with God, to seek his kingdom. I'm telling you, like, this one thing has changed my life. I read a book called The 5 AM Club, and it talked about waking up early and immediately, you know, getting a little bit of exercise, or immediately like praying, thinking, reflecting, having that time. And in the 5-hour— if you guys have not read The 5 AM Club, it talks about having that power hour as being one of the most effective things to help you progress for that day and change your life. So I want to express to you guys and explain to you what I do in my power hour when I wake up early. When I don't do those things, it's fine. My days are still good and life is fine. When I do practice my period of solitude every day and I commune with God and I seek His kingdom first, I can feel an immediate change in how I feel, the inner peace that I feel every day. It's incredible. I want to share that with everybody. I'd love for everybody that's watching this or will watch this to share what they do. When they wake up. I'm always looking to learn and to grow. So, uh, without further ado, I'm going to share with you guys again what I do in my period of solitude to seek the kingdom of God every day, and hopefully it helps you guys out. So first thing I want to share with you guys is, um, I started taking planning like pretty seriously about 7 years ago and actually built my own planner. Uh, 7— about 7 years ago I started like taking bits and pieces from what other people do, and I created my own. And over the years, I've gone and printed it off at Staples, and it's cost like quite a bit of money. Like every quarter, because I use every quarter, it would cost like $35 a print. So with all the pages, and I was like, man, this— there's got to be a better way to do this. So I went in on Amazon and I published my own book, the Self-Reliance Planner, the one I've been using, and it's available for free. You guys can check it out on Kindle Unlimited. You can get the paperback version. That's what it's meant for. But the reason I'm explaining this to you guys is my morning routine, everything I do, my philosophy, it's all in the planner. And it's way cheaper since I published it. Instead of it being like, you know, $35 a quarter, it's like $3 to $5, right? Depending like what version, if I get hardback, paperback. Anyway, I wanna share this with you guys because I, what right here, I read this from a book called I'm actually— let me just show you the book because I think it'd be easier to show you this book. If anybody wants to read this book, it will— it's a very good book. Um, I got this concept of governing values and living by governing values, uh, from this book that I found at the thrift store, okay? But it was like a dollar and I was like, yo, I gotta read this, this is interesting. I'm going here to my author page. This is where you can get the planner, but because it's on here. So here are all the books that I've read in the past, like, 3 years, and I've put them on here, and I recommend reading them. Let's see, where is it? Uh, the, the title is long, so I didn't want to jack it up. Uh, here it is. Okay, so there it is, guys. This is the book that I read that I— where I got this concept from. It's called 10 Natural Laws of Successful Time and Life Management by Hiram W. Smith. Amazing, excellent book. It changed my perspective on how I use my time and taught me how to use my time better. And yeah, it was, it was excellent. And this part that I'm giving you guys is from this book. I just kind of tweaked it a little bit. But what he teaches in the book, he basically says like everyone has governing values, they have a constitution, something they live by. And a lot of people that are religious live by the laws of God, the commandments, right? So this is basically taking— because I'm religious and this man in this book is religious, he basically takes the commandments and he lays them out, like how to apply them to your life and how to live by them, right? So he calls them his governing values, and they're in order of like how to live your life. And this is in my book because what I do is I say, okay, how am I living by these things every day? And I give myself a grade. And I call it the Christlike— uh, sorry, the Weekly Values and Christlike Attributes Tracker, because I track this with along— because, uh, Christlike attributes like virtue, virtues, spiritual qualities of Jesus Christ. Because I believe that they all align with the governing values of how you live your life. So, for example, my first governing value that I live by is I love God with all my heart, my mind, and strength. I seek his kingdom daily. So I believe that lines with the virtue of faith, hope, and truth, which are Christlike attributes. And it's in the roles of life. If you want to be a servant to others and be a disciple of Jesus Christ, that also aligns. So then I grade myself, right? Every day, just 1 through 10. If I'm doing bad, I can acknowledge that and change and be self-aware. But anyway, that's what I'm showing you guys. So this is in my book. You guys can snag this and change it up, do whatever you want. But what I want to talk to you guys about is the governing value that I have of having a period of solitude every day, right? This one. There's quite a bit, right? I think there's 16. But this one is— this is what I want to talk about specifically. And I can talk about the other ones as well and how I apply them. But so having a period of solitude daily. This is what it is. The magic 3 hours, all right? For me, it's 5 AM. I like to have, as soon as I wake up in the morning, have that period of time to seek God's kingdom. And I'll explain what I do in that time. But so the magic 3 hours from 5 AM to 8 AM are practiced daily, okay? Something I do every day. Not just Monday, not Wednesday, not Sunday. I do it every day, okay? Now, am I perfect at waking up at 5 AM every day? Absolutely not. But is it something I strive for and that blesses my life if I wake up and I put God first? Absolutely. Okay, so during this period, I teach my family, read, plan the day, spend time in prayer both personally and with my family. Doing all my daily disciplines is the beginning of— beginning to inner peace for each day. So I, when I practice and experience these things daily, I do have inner peace. I start my day off and I feel calm. My day is planned. I know what I'm going to achieve. I've sought the kingdom of God and I closer to God. I feel the Holy Ghost. I feel prepared for the day. And I know because my whole life I would just go, not doing this, I wouldn't have like a period of solitude. And I would wake up and I would immediately react to the world. And doing that, like it did not really set me up for the day for inner peace. I just felt like I was always trying to catch up. But being ahead of the day planning absolutely has changed my life. Like I said, I'm doing it this morning. The reason why I came to you guys today to share this is because yesterday, I did not wake up at 5:00. I woke up like at 6:15. I tried to do my— like prepare for my day. My baby woke up earlier than she does. I just like felt like I was trying to catch up the whole day. I didn't feel very centered. I didn't feel very calm. But like, I was like, "You know what? I'm setting my alarm. I'm going to make sure I wake up at 5:00." I did. I just feel so much clarity. I feel so much better. Anyway, and I've started planning my my day. This is— I write in it, my planner. But anyway, so this is my— what I've done so far. And I'm going to explain to you, like, the system that I use when I wake up, because, like, without a system, for me, the way my brain works, like, I'm gonna get distracted. Like, my phone's gonna distract me, something's gonna distract me, I'm just gonna deviate. Which is fine if you— if you are very focused and you don't need this, a system or a structure, that's cool. I do. So this is what I do every day in my period of solitude to prepare Commune with God, put— seek his kingdom first, and prepare to have inner peace for my day. Okay, so I'm gonna share that with you guys. Again, this is in the planner. The reason why I show you guys this is not to sell this. I don't care. You guys can get it free, for free, like I said. But it's to show you that like having something to help you is— it has blessed my life, and I believe it'll bless your guys' life. So this is what my planner looks like. This is— I call it my daily disciplines or my morning routine. This is what I try to get to every day. So, the first thing, and everything I'm going to show you is not something I just made up. It's like I've taken it bits and pieces from other entrepreneurs, mentors throughout my life, and I put it out here, and it's a process that I follow. So, here it is. So, the first thing I do when I wake up, I sit on the edge of my bed, and I ask myself, "Why am I alive today?" And this is in my head. I just say, "Okay. Why am I alive today? Why has my life been preserved? What is my purpose?" My purpose is usually to love and serve others, put others first, like to give. Give myself instead of— that's it, right? Like, it's not— I'm not really thinking like, what can I get? It's like, okay, I gotta remember I gotta give. Life is about serving others, and life is about everybody else than us. I gotta remember that because the natural man inside us wants to be selfish. Gotta think of others. Okay, I write down what time I wake up so I can be consistent and aware of if I'm like waking up late every day, like in a week, I'm gonna see that and I'll be like, okay, something needs to change. So I write that down. Hours slept too. I need to get good hours sleep. So go— this helps me be aware that if I, you know, if I keep on going to bed late, I need to change that. Drink water unless it's fast Sunday. Today's fast Sunday, so my throat's a little dry. If you guys don't know much about fasting, maybe I can— I do have a video about that, but we don't need to get into that. And then I do a prayer, okay? When I pray after I— like when I get out of bed, I kneel down and I say a prayer. The prayers are usually, unfortunately, aren't that effective because I'm groggy and tired, but It's all good. I pray. So, after that, I go brush my teeth, right? And by the way, this is— I don't write like this portion down immediately. This is after like I get brushed— my teeth brushed and everything. The praying as I kneel and asking the question, like that happens like immediately when I wake up. But then I brush my teeth, get ready, and then I go sit down in my— this is my shop, my sanctuary. And this is where I start writing, right? This is where I take this and I start going to town. So, the first thing I do is I take 10 minutes and I actually do a good prayer. Like I actually kneel down on the ground or sit. It really doesn't matter. I like to kneel down. And actually, I like to pray outside. It's pretty sweet when you can go into nature and pray. But I pray and I call it the sacred grove. Right? So like, it's a sacred time, and that's the time I talk to God. I ask him for what I need, I thank him for what I have, and I look for, uh, yeah, I pray for others, right? Like, I'm just trying to commune with God. Um, the next thing I, uh, I do after that is I study the scriptures, okay? So I go in and I, uh, whether you have an app and you can read it on your phone, I actually like to read it there's something that's called Scripture Notes. And what it— this thing is amazing because what it does is it allows you like to mark and track, and it gives you access to like multiple different spiritual books as well. Like, uh, whether you believe in all of them or not, it's kind of cool to have, uh, all of them, like Old Testament, New Testament, Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Isaiah's, um, different translations, lectures on faith, Jesus the Christ, you name it. Um, and again, if people don't believe in all these scriptures, that's okay. For me, I find the best way to understand what God has for you is to pray about it and ask him, and then the Holy Ghost can testify to you if it's true. There's going to be a lot of interpretations of scripture in the world, and for me, it's good to, to read and pray and find out for myself and ask God if what I'm reading is true. So, but this is what I usually read. Either it's on my laptop or my phone, or I get a physical book and I read it. And that's for 10 minutes. And I'm reading either with an objective, like something I'm specifically studying, like faith or a topic, or I'm reading it in order so I can understand the, the story. Like right now I'm reading the Old Testament from, uh, cover to cover. I'm almost— I'm in Isaiah, so I'm almost done. And it's been a doozy. It's been a lot of— it's been a lot of trial and error of like trying to understand it. The Old Testament is tough. But, um, that's the next thing I do. Then after that, I sit down and I have my gratitude journal, like journaling time. This is where I reflect. So first, first 10 minutes is you pray. And then the next 10 minutes is you study, you read. And then the next 10 minutes is you have gratitude. You have a gratitude journal or experience where you reflect on what you're grateful for. And this is a time to thank God for what you have and write it down. Write down your previous experiences if you're journaling about the previous day.. And, uh, I'm gonna show you guys what my gratitude journal looks like right now. I just got done writing in it. So, I just went and got just a regular planner, uh, not planner, journal from— actually, I got this from my dad's house. He wasn't using it. I said, "Can I have that?" He's like, "Yeah." But get a— I got a regular journal. Um, you can get them on wherever you can buy books. Uh, I write 2 things. I write like, uh, the format of having a gratitude journal, I do two things. In the front, I write what I'm grateful for and my wins. In the very back, I just write spiritual experiences and the hand of God that I can see in my life. So, I'll write down, okay, and what I'm grateful for in the front, and then in the back is specific spiritual experiences. And why I separate them is because I believe if my family ever reads this, they're not gonna really care too much to dig through what I'm grateful for and all those things to find like God's hand in my life. I feel like they're gonna be more interested in that. So I just put it in the back in case they want to read that. Again, for my, my posterity, you know, I have one daughter right now, but we'll see. We'll see what happens with that posterity. But I'll explain super quick what I do and to keep the gratitude journal like how the format is because I think this is important. I've been I've been keeping a gratitude journal for like 7 years consistently, and I've changed what I write. And these are the things that I write down. First, I start with 3 things that I'm grateful for. Just say, I'm grateful for the stars, my wife, for food, whatever I'm grateful for. And the list goes on. The next thing after 3 things that I'm grateful for, I write down 3 wins that I had the previous day. Why is this important? Because you want to always be in a winning mindset. If you read the book Psycho-Cybernetics, it talks about if you always remember your wins and, and like repeat them and live them, like write them down, you actually relive them and you feel— you have that feeling that you're a winner in that moment. Like, so if I remember in high school that I got third in the state of Georgia in wrestling, which is like, woo, right? It's whatever, right? But I can remember that feeling right now by saying, oh dude, I did get third in state, and You know, I remember when I first started, I was terrible at wrestling. Then I got better. That's, that's a win. I can get better at things. And just by remembering your wins, you could get yourself in a state where you feel good. It's another good book. It's called The Gap and the Gain. It talks about measuring yourself off of the— not off of the gap of like what you lack, but off of the gain of where you've come from. That's how you always are in a positive— that's how you can get in a positive state is to just remember the gain in which you've come from, not living in a state of, you know, I lack stuff, scarcity of, oh, I don't have this, I don't have money, I don't have whatever you feel like you lack. You need to live in that winning mindset in the state of the gain. The next thing I do after the 3 wins is I write 3 things that I'm grateful that will happen. I manifest things that I believe will happen and I'm grateful for before they even happen. So I can say I'm grateful that Instead, in this video, instead of getting 1 view, I got 10 views, right? If anybody watches this in the future. And another thing that I do that I just started doing recently is I say what I'm grateful for, for my wife. I'm saying my wife is amazing. I just write a couple things every day to remember how awesome my wife is. So that's the process. It takes about 15 minutes or 10 to 15 minutes, but it's well worth it because gratitude enables you to have perspective, right? Enables you to see like, man, I really am blessed. And although there's ups and downs in life, remembering how great, like all the things, blessings I have is, you know, it's, it's life is amazing, right? So that's it, guys. I wanted to again tell you guys the importance of having in the morning a period of solitude every day that will be the beginning of inner peace for your day, practice it, try it, and let me know how it goes. And if it doesn't go well for you and you're like, "Man, that was not worth my time," let me know because it's definitely been worth my time. I won't explain these last parts after the routine because I would say like focus on doing that first and then these things come like planning your day, reflecting on your day, reading, some other good books, not just the scriptures. There's a reflection period I do every day as well where I ask myself questions like, how did I do the previous day? Um, you don't have to focus on that right now. If you guys are interested, just let me know and I can, uh, point you to some videos that will explain that. But, um, that's my invitation to everyone on here. Uh, please, if you just are waking up and reacting to the world, um, don't. You know, wake up and live an intentional life. Like, wake up and plan your day. Know what you're going to do. Put God first, and it will change your life. I promise you. I promise that it's going to change your life if you put God first and, um, you know, seek his kingdom. And look, if you don't— guys don't believe in God, it's okay. Like, no judgment. It's all, you know, I love you and God loves you. And even if you don't want to, you know, seek his kingdom, but having this time for yourself to reflect and be grateful, it will It's a game changer. The book, The 5 AM Club, whether you wake up at 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, doesn't matter. Just having that hour before you become reactive to the world and you do all those things, it's putting that time aside so you can have that period of solitude to reflect, plan. And we'll go back to my governing values just so you can see again why I do this. Let me share. I'm going to share one last time. So, again, we do this because in your period of solitude, the magic 3 hours from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM or whatever time you do, you teach your family. You know, if your family's awake, go teach them, right? Pray with them. Read. Read by yourself or read with your family. I read with Vera, my baby, when she wakes up. Plan the day. Spend time in prayer both personally and with your family. So, when my baby does wake up, I do say a prayer with her every morning because I'm trying to teach her like, hey, first thing you do when you wake up is you thank God for another day of breath. We actually do affirmations too in the mirror. It's funny. Like, I tell her, hey, say, say you love yourself. Say you're cute and say I'm a child of God. And she does that in the mirror. And she's 2 and she's been doing it since she was born. Right? Because I'm like trying to train her to remember these things when life gets tough and she needs to remember who she is. But anyway, in that period of solitude, I spend that with my family, usually 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Like, my baby sleeps till 7:00. So that last period of solitude isn't solitude necessarily. It's with my family. But, you know, I spend that with my baby. My wife, she wakes up during the night, so she sleeps. I let her sleep and I take the morning shift. But anyway, doing all your daily disciplines, all my daily disciplines, is the beginning of inner peace for each day. I promise you again, I keep saying it, it will bring inner peace to your life. Okay. So, So, guys, I hope you enjoyed that. If you have any questions, please let me know. Like, I don't do these things for myself. I do them so hopefully people can learn what I've learned and how it can change their lives if you take charge. If anybody has any questions, I know some people are watching the live. If you have any questions, please throw them in there. I'm here to answer them until my baby wakes up. It's about— she's about time to get up. Like, that inner cycle or whatever, that inner alarm clock is about to go off and I gotta go get her. But let me see what— Let's see what some people got to say. I'm loving this. Thank you. Anytime. And like I said, if you love this, if you like this, everything that I'm showing you guys is not conjured up by like my own— like I didn't just make it up. This is stuff that I would have been able to find through studying and making this like a priority of like knowing how to use my time and put God first in my life. If you guys want like this, this, this, this system, the planner, like go ahead and get it. It's free on Kindle Unlimited. You guys can all have it and I made it and I published it for myself, but I want everyone to know that it's available so you guys can use it too because I want people to use this. It's like years and years of studying like what's the best use. So just go to Self Reliance Planner or go to selfreliancewithchrist.com. You guys can grab it for free because I don't want you guys to feeling like I'm pushing you to go buy it because I don't care. About that. But you can get it for Kindle on Kindle Unlimited, right? And that's why I have it here because look, it's free, right, if you have that. So no worries, go check it out. There's a lot more in it, right? I only went over one thing, but there's weekly planning. There's like how to plan your life, how to plan your life out with like setting goals. Let's see. So if you guys have any questions, I'd love to, love to help out with that. So let me see. Yeah. So you can like set out like your life plan. And then when you do plan, you can reverse engineer what you're doing to see if it aligns with what you want in life, what you want for this year, what you want for the quarter. And in the very back, I keep what's like what I call my books of life. Where, uh, which basically means, um, like out of all the things you can do to track and do in your life, like what should you do? Um, let's see, this is kind of, it's kind of hard to use on the computer. Sorry guys, let's put it here. Yeah, so, and if you guys think my tracker is a little complicated, uh, in the very back is a very simplified version where it's just like, hey, I just want to like develop the habit of tracking or being consistent. In the very back, I just have like a very simple version of 21 days where you can track it and develop the habit of being consistent and then go ahead and use like the bigger one. But there is a smaller version that like you can dial this in. Anyway, reading is very important. So like you can— there's a reading log in the back to keep track, monthly budget, meal plan, like how to master self-mastery formulas, like how to master yourself. A yearly letter that you write to yourself one year in advance of what you, like manifesting what will happen in that year. You're writing as if it already happened so you can be dialed in with God and God can help you. Yeah, guys. And just different books like you can write in like the spiritual experiences like I explained, you put it in the back, book of ideas. It's all there. And, you know, if you don't have a planner, there's a page for writing what you're grateful for. Um, why do I do these things, guys? I do these things because I believe this time— I really believe that this life is the time to prepare to meet God, and this time is precious. And I don't believe that like when we die it's over. I believe we continue forever. I think we're eternal beings, like our spirits inside our bodies go on forever. But the purpose of life and all we do is to grow. And if you take, um, accountability of every day, every minute, and you treat it with respect and you do your best to be the best you can be. I feel like that's why we're here. Not to make a certain amount of money, not to get fame or do anything like specifically like that of the world, but to be the best version of yourself and love others. So how can you do that? By using your time best, right? The higher your self-esteem is, the more like important you will take your time and the more reverence and focus you'll have on using that. Like the more you feel— again, the more self-esteem you have, the more you appreciate your value, like who you are as a child of God, you're going to be like, dude, I gotta use my time right. So I got some questions coming through. Let's see. I was literally trying to figure out how to make a morning routine that resembles this. Wow. Hey, I think things happen for a reason. I felt like I needed to come on here and explain that. So yeah, this is it. I'm telling you, like, through studying, this is the morning routine of like— I'm not here to get into like money or anything, but I got this from like a multimillionaire that this is his routine. Like, he helps people, he trains CEOs, and he helps people scale and exit like billion, million-dollar companies. Yeah, he got me this and he's my mentor. So I was like, yo, let me make— put this in a planner. So this is it. This is going. If you get this planner, let me know how it goes. There is actually a free course that comes along with the planner that teaches you how to use it. So it's not like you just got to figure it out. There's a course and I'm, I'm very passionate about this stuff. And I'd be willing to help you out if you get it and you need help using it. Do you have a good journal to recommend? When it comes to journaling, I use this as a journal. But if you're talking about like how to journal and like what to write, like I just get a blank one. If you like— you mean like which one? It doesn't really matter. There's a lot of different forms. I would just find a cheap one and write in it. Again, what you're grateful for in the front and which your spiritual experiences in the back. So let's see this. I always miss your video. So it's cool. I caught this live because I needed this. Awesome. I love it. I'm glad that you're here too. And it's actually a miracle that my baby is not awake yet because usually she's awake and she's like, "Daddy, come get me." So any other questions that I can answer for you or anyone else before we bounce? This is— again, I do this. I'm doing this because it's important. This is for you guys. Like, I love sharing this because I think it's important. But any other questions? I'll stay on here just for a little bit. And if not, then all good. No sweat, everybody. But I'm here, here to answer anything you guys have. And if you guys are wondering, like, why I'm dressed up like this, I don't do this. I don't just get up and dress up like I— today's Sunday, so I'm going to church later. And I was like, you know what, I'm gonna get ready a little bit early, dress up, you know, because I usually do that after my morning routine. But I was like, I'm gonna do it today. So that's why I'm wearing this. I don't usually wear a shirt and tie and sweater and whatnot but yeah, what other questions do you guys have? I'm here, here to help. I want to help out as much as I can. Let's see, I'm just going to check another stream to see if there's any comments or questions on that. Let's see. Nobody has any questions, that's totally fine. Okay, let's see what I got. Oh, you're awesome. This is perfect. Once I get the journal, I'll reach out with questions. Yeah, please do. And, and let me show you, I'm going to show you the course so you can kind of see like how the flow works. So after you get, uh, if you decide to get this planner, whether it's the digital or the print, I recommend the print mainly because it's meant to be written in. Like, as you guys can see, like, I write on it. And I've set my goals and all that. Like, it's meant to be written. And there's something, there's something powerful that happens when you write. So you— I'm doing that so you guys can see, like, that's— I'm using it for that purpose. But there's something powerful that happens when you put pen to paper. I don't know what it is. I don't know what God, like, did in our brains when he created us. But like, when you write down something, you internalize it, you remember it. So I honestly think like Writing down stuff is, it's good. I'm like all for it. And I think in this digital age, writing things down is going to be the revolution. Like you writing paper, that's gonna be like the different thing, right? And that's what I'm all about is like, you know, we have to get outside of this digital age, like, and not be so ingrained in it because we're meant to write, we're meant to think, we're meant to create with our hands. So, so let me show you this so you know, what I'm talking about with the course. Let's see, I want to share this with you in case anybody gets this or thinks like you can even check out this course without getting the planner. All right, so you don't have to, to get this, but it is cool. I think it would help out you guys, help you guys out. So this is what the course looks like. So I'm going to go to preview. So what it does is it goes through what the planner is, the different books and sections in it, how to set Christ-centered goals, how to set goals. And again, if you're watching this, you're like, oh, I don't believe in Jesus Christ. That's okay. I invite you to search him and look for him. But if you don't, that's fine. You just replace Christ for the best version of yourself. You're trying to become the best version of yourself because that's why this planner is here. It's like you set Christ as the goal, right? Or perfection or what you're— the best version of yourself. And that's what you're going for. You're looking for that. So in your life, you're trying to be, you know, you're trying to accomplish self-mastery. So it tells you how to set goals, how to set a life plan, how to set goals after your life plan, how do you break it down to your year, your quarter, how to do weekly planning, how to do daily planning like I just explained to you guys, monthly goals, like how to track what you're doing every day, books of life, resources, and there's just additional videos on my YouTube channel that, um, like that I'm gonna put this one that you guys can find. So the course is free, it's centered all around planning on what's most important, and it's aligned with the planner that I showed you guys. So Hope that's helpful. Alright, I'm going to wrap it up. I appreciate everybody that was on here. Please let me know. Again, I'll read the comments after this if you get to it late. I would love to answer any questions that you guys have and help you out because again, this is something I'm super passionate about and I believe this is extremely important. So let's see. I thought about you being dressed already. Yeah, yeah, it's just— Getting ready for the day. Yeah, you know, writing things down is, is, it's amazing. Like, I write a lot. I have like so many books and journals and, and I actually have other like suggestions on like what books to write and how to study using like written planners and stuff, written journals. I just came out with another video that I'm gonna be releasing, but it talks about like how to study effectively. With a, with a journal, with pens and with pen and paper in hand. All right, I love it. Well, have a good one, everybody. Have a blessed day. Seek the kingdom of God. Keep the Sabbath day holy. That's my invitation, everybody. Have a good one. We'll see on the next video.
