What's going on in your life? What's got you wanting to sell? They give me some idea of why they're selling. Then I say, look, I got a lot of ways I buy properties, right? Which ones have you already explored? What have you already talked to an agent? Do you want to keep it? And I try to find out what they've done, right? Because if I just start going into my pitch, if I just start going into like what I— what's good for me or what I can offer, I don't know a lot of information still.
