Real estate investors, I'm about to show you one of the best ways to find a cash buyer ASAP. Stay tuned. It's so simple. All you have to do is call a title company, get close with the escrow officer there that knows who's buying all the time. Now, this is the key. It has to be an investor-friendly title company. So what I do, all I do is I just say, hey Christina, who's buying right now in Sandy? Or hey Christina, who's buying in Layton? Or who's buying wherever. And she knows exactly who's buying because she talks to investors all the time that are closing. Legit investors. We're not talking people that want to be investors. We're talking investors that have money that are looking. So I just texted her. I said, hey, who do you know? Are you buying as well? And she said, yeah, right there. If you look up there, she says, yeah, and I have somebody. Bada bing, bada boom. All she did, she connected us over a text, and then she pretty much pre-sold the property for me, if you can see.
