This is the one thing that I do every day that I cannot go without doing. I created my own planner, and when I wake up in the morning, I literally plan out my day. I figure out exactly what I'm gonna do. I know it looks like crazy, it looks wild, because I do plan out my day, but I love time blocking because I want to know exactly what I'm going to be doing, and I want to know what goals I'm trying to achieve that are going to get me to where I want to go. So what this looks like is I have what I call daily discipline. There are things that I need to do every day that are going to help me achieve the goals I want. If you want to lose weight, you just don't eat healthy for one day. You got to do it consistently. And it's the same thing with the planner that I have, that I'm consistently doing activities I know if I do them that they'll help me achieve my goal. Before wrapping up my morning routine, I actually time block. So as you can see, those are time blocks above. I plan out exactly what I'm going to do. Comment if you want to learn more.
