Life's hardships are teachers that build strength and capability. A speaker compares door-to-door sales work to a Costco job, showing how skills from tougher environments transfer to easier ones and create confidence for whatever comes next.
And I think that's the purpose of life is to, you know, prepare to, you know, we believe to prepare to meet God, but it's to learn, right? And things that are hard—
the experience is what makes you stronger.
That's why we come here, in my belief, what you believe, to experience life, to learn, to grow, to become better. So even though it was hard, you learned a lot.
I did.
You probably are better at Costco because you went door to door.
That is because it's easier because I don't have to go door by door. The people come to me.
Yeah, they come to you. And, you know, but the fact that you did that is good because you know you can. You know, if you had to, I could train you more. You probably could do it if you want. But you don't have to do that.
