I know I've been rambling a lot on a lot, guys, but basically I'm just trying to tell everybody and you, brother, is if you just make low offers and you leave it like, that's my offer, you're missing out on a lot of deals because then people like me will come in and just be like, I'm not going to make you an offer until I understand the situation. And I know like exactly how to structure the offer that will help you out. And I do the due diligence, especially when I hear the situation. I hear that like, okay, there's something we can do to help this person. Now if it's like, no, you called me, I'll sell because you called me, but if you don't give me $1 million, like I'm just going to live here forever. Like that's not who we're looking for. We're looking to help and serve people that need to sell and not just make crappy offers.
