For me, I don't really look at it at all. I just want to know why they're selling. And as I'm talking to them, then I can pull it up on my screen and kind of like flow. I would just be like, okay, you know, I'm looking at the property because in all reality, like when we're looking to buy properties, the only thing that matters is like why they're selling, why they haven't listed it. And like, are they looking for cash? Are they looking to sell it on terms?
