As you can see, he's doing little details that are making the house look really good. Like this wood here, as you can see, is brand new. It's making the house pop. And look, he's even adding texture and designs to the wall. I think this is called wainscoting. I'm not 100% sure, but I know it's something that makes the house look modern. He's also updating the backsplash, making the kitchen pop as well and look good. And as you can see, he's updated the floors. This is beautiful hardwood. It looks really good. It might be LVT or vinyl, but it— and either way, it looks great. So if you're wholesaling properties, you want to know what your flippers are doing, just ask to see the project. They'll let you see it if they're cool like my buyer is.
