So if you don't have any deals or you do have some deals but they're not interested in your deals, what do you need to be able to get the criteria to know what they're looking for?
It's simple, simple. I create a Google form. It's free. You just go to Forms in Google and you can create a Google form and have simple questions that you would want your buyer to answer. What are you looking for? What areas do you buy in? What price range? How many beds and baths? Just like the criteria, right? And I can give you guys that information if you need it. But it's basically you, you would want to ask what they're looking for. And then you go find it, whether it's on the MLS, whether it's other wholesalers' listings, Craigslist, eBay. I mean, there's so many free ways to go look for deals.
