Question a lot of wholesalers might have is, when should I go see the house in person versus just making the offer, not going in person to see the house? For me, if there's motivation involved and there's a lot of competition involved with the house and people wanting to buy it, I'll usually go because I want to separate myself from the other investors who probably are in different states. Now, if you are in a different state, you can't go, then obviously you can't go see the house. I also determine if that property's close. I'm not going to drive forever to go see it. So if there's a lot of motivation and there's competition, I'll go see to set myself up apart from the other investors. If it's close and again, there's got to be motivation. You do not want to waste your time going to see a house, especially if the seller's like, yeah, whatever. If I don't find the right offer from an investor, I'm not going to sell. You got to determine why they're selling, why you should go. So that's why, that's how I determine if I should go to an appointment in person or not.
