Let's do a quick recap. The real estate purchase contract, a wholesale contract, is pretty simple. It's just an agreement that states that you're buying the house and it gives you the ability to assign your rights to buy it to someone else for a fee. The assignment agreement between you and the party that you're signing to for the fee, you sign that with them, you send it to the title company, the title company pays you out when the deal closes. Bada bing, bada boom. Now, if you want a contract and someone to help you walk through it with sellers on the phone personally, where we can hold your hand, that's exactly what we do on the Painless Flipping Apprenticeship program.
