Most people fail at wholesaling because knowing the steps isn't enough. You hit frustration and struggle at every stage without hands-on guidance through the actual process.
It doesn't work. That model does not work. It gets a lot of people frustrated because just because I tell you, if you told me how to start a property management company and you told me everything, I still wouldn't be able to do it that well or probably at all. It's the same thing with this industry. I can tell you exactly what to do and where to go to get the leads. You're going to struggle at every step of the way just because that's how it is. We are there every step of the way to help you through that process.
Why Traditional Wholesaling Keeps Failing You (Use This Pre-Flip Method Instead)
