I'll tell you right now the main reason why most people don't succeed in wholesaling and fix and flip, and it's this: it takes a lot of work, okay? Just plain and simple, you gotta get on the phone, and sometimes that phone can feel like it weighs 1,000 pounds. You just pick it up, a lot of times you don't want to call people, you don't want to network. That's, that's something I struggle with too. Sometimes I'm like, man, I don't feel like talking to anyone today. So that is, in my opinion, the hardest and the biggest reason why people don't succeed is because maybe they can call for maybe 8 hours in one day and then they'll freaking pass out and they won't be to do it again for another 2 weeks. If you can stay consistent with working and calling and texting and getting a hold of people and building relationships, you will succeed. But it is hard work. It will take effort. So if you don't succeed, you just got to look yourself in the mirror and say, am I even willing to do the hard work? Follow me for more tips on how to get back to work.
