How do you approach that? Like someone you don't have, you don't have, doesn't have experience. Yeah, that's never been in sales. How do you approach that? I think what I teach people is like, look, it's not so much— again, people come from like trying to convince like the benefits of the offer. You got to find out what the seller wants first, right? The first thing I ask the seller when I talk to them and as I just say, what's got you interested in selling? I want to know. That's all. I don't care about the house.
