Hiring and dating have the same red flag. If I ask you what it was like to work at the last place you worked at, you start talking about your boss. You start talking about all the things that they messed up. Guess what? I'm going to run. No different than if I was dating. If I was on a date with somebody and I asked them, hey, tell me about your past relationships, and all they say is how crazy they were. We didn't see eye to eye, and we'd fight all the time. I don't need to wait to see how the thing plays out. So I learned this in businessman people that always sue people, they're always in a lawsuit. That's the only tool they know how to use. And if you're friends with them long enough, guess what? Probably be in a lawsuit with them. It's wild to watch.
