Anecdotal narration (spoken by the video's creator, Nick Kugelman) describing how his 12-year-old son, Noah, proactively called the father's business-owner contacts to ask what tasks cause pain in their businesses that could be automated with AI. One contact offered $12 per podcast episode for automating a disliked podcast task; Nick coached Noah to charge for outcomes, bundle into a six-month term, and collect a credit card to convert interest into a paying customer, transforming Noah into a business owner.

My 12 year old came to me and he says, I want to start AI automation. I said, well, you know, my friends, they're all business owners. Find out what problem they're having so that you can offer a solution that you can use AI to solve. He's like, well, how do I do that? So we'll call him. He's like, well, give me your phone. So little Noah started calling all my friends and asking a simple question. What is causing you pain in your business that if you could automate it would make you money or save you time. And one of them was like, there's this thing I do at my podcast, but honestly don't want to do it. If you could take care of it for me, I will pay you $12 a podcast episode. And he's looking at me going like, should charge. And I say, well, you don't charge by the time. Charge for the outcome. Bundle it up. How about we do six months? Now you ask for the credit card, because the moment they actually give you the credit card, in their mind, they made a purchase in that moment. I watch him go from not a business owner to a business owner, no customer to a customer, and getting paid.
