Single-speaker monologue differentiating three tiers of AI capability: chat (manual interaction), automation (scheduled/mechanical execution), and agents (AI that plans and executes tasks autonomously). The speaker uses a skateboard/scooter/car analogy to illustrate increasing automation and lists example agent platforms (Manus, AI Cloud, Cowork, Google, Antigravity) while urging listeners to adopt agent-level approaches.
Chapters
There's three levels of AI. Most people are still playing at the kiddie school level. Level one, chat. Then there's automation, and then there's agent. It's kind of like going from point A to point B. You could get there on a skateboard under your own power. That's chat. You could use an electric scooter. That's now automation, where you get some mechanical stuff. But the high level is to have a driver drive you in a car. That is agent, Chat. You have to come up with the idea. You got to figure out how to solve it. You take everything out of the chat and you go do something with it. Automation says, whatever I just did there, I want that to happen every time. Let me set it up on a schedule. Think customer support, sales, marketing. The highest level is agent. These are tools like Manus, AI cloud, cowork, Google, Antigravity, where your goal is to tell the AI what to do. It builds a plan on how to get it done and goes and does the whole thing. If you don't level up, it's like the person that discovered the car with the driver and you're trying to compete against them on a skateboard. Most people are still working way too hard when it comes to AI.
